Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items (e.g, hygiene-related items, clearance items) may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.

2. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds will be sent after the vendor recieives the item.

4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • In these cases, return postage will be covered depending on the situation.
  • We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund with the vendor
