Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before an Order Is Placed With the Supplier
If you request to cancel your order before the item has been ordered from our supplier, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation After an Order Is Placed With the Supplier
Once your order has been processed and placed with our supplier, the item is already in motion and cannot be stopped.
If you choose to cancel after the item has been ordered, only a 50% refund will be issued.
This partial refund covers supplier fees, processing costs, and restocking charges associated with the order.
